RSA’S P&C ACTUARIAL CANDIDATE PROGRAM
Our effective basic educational program that leads to Fellowship for actuarial candidates consists of two key features:
- it enables candidates to take sufficient time away from work responsibilities for study
- it rewards candidates with financial incentives for success in completing actuarial training from a recognized actuarial professional association
RSA’s P&C Actuarial Candidate Program is designed with these two features in mind:
- it seeks to motivate participating employees to become Associates and ultimately Fellows of a professional actuarial organization, (the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, the Casualty Actuarial Society, the Society of Actuaries, or the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries)
- it seeks to attract and retain the highest quality actuarial candidates
